✅ If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Time & Delivery
📍 Domestic Shipping (Pakistan)
- Standard Delivery: 3 to 4 business days
🌍 International Shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days (varies by destination)
- Customs clearance may cause additional delays.
📌 Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Rates
✅ Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
✅ We do not offer free shipping at this time.
✅ International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
4. Tracking Your Order
✅ Tracking numbers will be provided within 3 days after your order has been shipped.
✅ You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
✅ You can track your shipment using the link provided in the email.
✅ If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 days, please contact us at info@fammclub.com.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
🚨 Famm Club is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments caused by the courier. However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
✅ If your package is marked as "delivered" but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management.
- Wait 24-48 hours, as some couriers update tracking before actual delivery.
- Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
6. Returns Due to Incorrect Address
🚨 If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer:
- The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the package.
- Refunds will not be issued for shipping costs due to incorrect addresses.
